What is the card reveal fee?
Every time your AI agent calls GET /api/v1/cards/:id to retrieve the card number and CVV, we charge $0.50. This is how agents actually use a card at checkout. It keeps the service sustainable while staying well below the value of any real transaction.
What happens when I exceed my card limit?
You can keep creating cards — we charge $0.75 per card over your monthly limit. This is deducted from your prepaid balance automatically. No service interruption.
Why is ACH free but card deposits cost money?
Stripe charges us 2.9% + $0.30 on card deposits — we pass that through at cost with zero markup. ACH costs us $0.80 max and we absorb that as a benefit for connecting your bank.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time — you keep access until the end of your billing period. Your prepaid balance is available for refund minus any outstanding fees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Your trial includes full API access and your plan's card quota.
